Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask all clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit. No-shows will be charged in full or have their prepaid session forfeited. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergencies, at the salon's discretion.
